The hotel is really interesting as a design. the rooms are very clean and nice, although the heating was not working. The hotel staff was very nice and provided a heater in my room to help warm up the room.

Totally understaffed which put the staff in bad tempers all night. Evening meal was a mix up with food arriving we never ordered. Things we had asked for never arrived. Almost went in kitchen to get served. Waitress and bar girl same person serving 20 plus people. Ridiculous spoilt the night.
The irony of the sign in reception!

Not a huge place, but I had the advantage of living there for 3 years in the 70's. Our visit was to visit Dutch friends and reaquaint ourselves with the place. I also have an RAF relative, sadly killed during the war and buried in the local Churchyard.
Quiet a busy town with a good Market, Marina and watersports. The shops good with a large Outlet Village too. Many restaurants and places to eat.

I knew Roermond very well having lived down the road for 9 years. Roermond is an excellent place to visit both from a shopping perspective, the Designer Outlet is very popular and parking (very large) is €4 for 24 hours. The old town is lovely with varied and good restaurants/cafes. Plenty of activities if you like, walking, cycling and water sports. the road network is excellent with Maastrich/Eindhoven/Dusseldorf nearby.

It’s a quaint city with just enough sites to see.
It’s a quaint city with just enough sites to see. Most people come to visit the Designer Outlet Mall, but there’s more to the city. There are beautiful churches, a nice quay with cafe’s and restaurants. You can also visit nearby German cities and walking routes.

There is a restaurant in the building of this hotel, and I understood that the accomodation facility was introduced recently. The staff, the owner, the courtesy were all excellent. We had our breakfasts with family in the elegant restaurant, and the breakfasts were prepared freshly just for us. We stayed there with family and after a satisfactory weekend, we changed our minds and extended our stay. This property definitely deserves more than I paid. The location is excellent for those who loves shopping; it is in walking distance to the largest shopping outlet of Europe. I would never forget the hospitality we faced; and for sure the chocolates!!
I liked absolutely everything about this hotel!
Amazing hotel with really friendly and helpful staff.
Location is excellent for the old town and the Roermond Outlet shopping centre.
I booked the Exec room which was a great size with top quality furniture, a good size bath as well as a separate rain shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable and included in the price was a free mini bar.
Great selection for breakfast with good quality coffee.
I could not recommend this hotel more, i will definitely be returning for another visit.
1- i love the friendliness of the staff and the authenticity of the place.
2- it was very cozy and home like.
3- The location is great, just three minutes walking from the train station. it is also 15 minutes walking from the designer outlet.
4- Also, the breakfast is really tasty, they also offer free coffee and tea all day.
5- They also allowed us to leave the bags before our check in and after our check out.
6- they gave us a map and showed us the area and even recommended area for restaurant.
The topfloor suite was a pleasantly bright, clean, good sized and quiet room, with a good view, on otherwise drab surroundings. Ample cupboard storage space. Plenty electrical power sockets. Breakfast roomservice on time and plentyful, respecting Covid recommendations (gloves and distancing, but without facemask). Amazing and worrisome how Covid protection appears to be ignored. Good (public) parking facility, conveniently opposite the hotel entrance.
Although I was travelling with my own car I find location of the hotel perfect for train travelers. Literally next to train station with cute square in between.
Nice restaurant and a very good breakfast choice.
Large, comfortable and very clean room.
Free of charge underground hotel parking is significantly positive addition to overall positive impression about hotel.
I didn’t expect the hotel to be right next door to the main train station, but it was excellent. The room and bathroom were large and the bed was comfortable. The room also had a/c and it was kept rather cool, which is unusual for Europe. The breakfast and staff were also excellent. And the self parking garage had plenty of spots available. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel staff are warm welcome and very professional. We like the breakfast as well as they take care of our preferences and allergies. also, we got a larger room and a late checkout. the hotel location is just 4 minutes walking to the outlets and the city centre.
great location very nice rooms spacious clean and modern. Amazing staff and service. we extended our stay and are very happy with the hotel and location walking to shops and restaurants very beautiful little town. I would highly recommend this hotel!
pretty much everything.
the decor, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the host and the list goes on.
it was super close to the outlet center with a lot of different shops, restaurants and cafes literally next door.
The location was perfect for our visit to Roermond, nice quiet area, not far from the outlet shopping. The rooms were large, clean and tidy. All the staff were very helpful during our trip. The hotel is also pet friendly
Location was amazing next the main station and to the shopping street. 16 minutes walking to the outlet. Staff was very kind and helpful, check in and check out was perfect, breakfast was very delicious.
Registration was quick, communication was great & helpful, room was neat and clean, breakfast was good as always , location of hotel is the best thing.
