The hotel is located in a charming village next to The Hague, in the middle of a park, in an old building, actually a mansion. The building was in good shape, although the elevator was not conveniently situated for many of the (most?) rooms. The staff was very helpful to move our luggage. The room was spacious ("executive suite") located just above the entrance looking over the park. The floor of the room was somewhat noisy and the bed shook every time one of us walked in the room. Beds were soft for my needs, but perfect for my wife!
Actually the hotel is located in the middle of a park which is worth a walk. Canals and boats are part of it! Parking was no problem in a lot situated right next to the building, which was still public parking, serving the visitors who enjoyed the park.
They have a 1-star Michelin restaurant on premises. We had lunch there on the first day of our stay. They were kind to serve us after hours, as the restaurant closes at 2pm. The food was OK and extremely expensive. We chose to dine somewhere else in the neighborhood on the following days. A very short walk takes you to the village center where you can find a groceries store and several restaurants; we tried The Cupola and like it; only 3 min walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was served in a separate room on weekdays and in the restaurant on the weekend. It WAS served, not self-serve, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was adequate, therefore we did not chose the upgraded version. Again, the staff was very accommodating. They even offered turndown service. Water was provided in the room every day. We skipped room service on one of the days, but water was still provided by the person who did the turndown.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant but the accommodation was overpriced.

The ideal location! It was really in the center! A breath from the most beautiful monuments of the town and a walking distance from almost everything! The hotel was fully renovated, modern decorated and the staff was very polite, smiley and willing to help us with guidance, directions and proposals. The rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast was free for kids under 12 years. The hotel also offered as a service a "secret" parking for 35€ per day (secret because it was under the building and you could enter only by a car elevator - but I recommend to check availability before hand with the reception) and bikes for rent that we used to go to the sea (it took us about 30' - 40' with 2 children per side) and it was really worthy!

The location was amazing, right in the city center. We got to enjoy the city with no worries of public transport.

I knew that oorburg is more or less a suburb of The Hague and if you don't want to take the car into The Hague, this is the ideal place to stay. The hotel has an underground car park and you can get a bus or train into the centre of The Hague or a train to Amsterdam and other places, for example.

The Netherlands is not as welcoming as it used to be.
The Netherlands is not as welcoming as it used to be. You will need lots of cash. Many vendors claim to accept plastic cards but you never know until you present your card whether it will be accepted. Credit cards often declined and our Euro account debit card was declined on many occasions, " It costs us money so we don't accept them"
Transport is no longer integrated - you will have to pay separately for trains/trams and others - becomes expensive.
Final straw was being asked to pay 50 cents to use a toilet in the restaurant where we were having lunch. Goodbye - we will not return

Voorburg is a quiet very attractive town well kept on a scenic river. It is convenient for the Hague being only one stop away on the main line train every half an hour.It stretches out further than you first think and there are also two tram stops that link up with the very good tram system around the Hague.and further afield. It is however quite easy to get lost if you get off at one of these tram stops and dont know where you are as they are some way apart.
Perfect location, within walking distance from the Voorburg pedestrian street and other shops. Train and busstation a few minutes walk. Still very quiet. Can't find fault with the room: spacious, clean and comfortable.
When arriving back home in Denmark I discovered I forgot my laptop in the room. A call to reception after midnight and it was immediately recovered, the personal packed it protectively the next day, and helped me to ship it from NL to DK. Now, that is super service!
The hotel is charming and the room extremely comfortable. All staff were great. "normal" breakfast was nice and it was more than enough for us. The bed was super comfortable and also the restaurant was really nice (they recently got 1 Michelin star). Location is not in the city centre but easy accessible by bus or train. Also there are nice café, bars, restaurants and parks in the neighbourhood
Everything was super clean and the room was really spacious.
All amenities that you expect in a hotel were there and more or demand.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever had.
The hotel is next to a train station with a train going to the centre every 30 minutes, really easy to go and come back using public transport.
Central Park is a wonderful place. The classic house is really beautiful, as was our room. Beds are of the highest quality. Breakfast was great, on the terrace overlooking the park, and the waitress was absolutely superfriendly. Although there is an elevator, there are some stairs to be climbed in some cases but nothing too bad.
We had a great stay at HaagsHuisje! Appartment was so clean and welcoming, we felt like at home. Everything was well though of such as toiletries in the bathroom, delicious coffee/tea, kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfortable. A big plus was also the location right next to the train station, neighborhood was very quiet.
Central Park is a lovely, peaceful small hotel. The staff was outstanding! The restaurant deserves its Michelin star. Chef came out and explained his dishes and made it a personal experience. The rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds.
The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, and is ideally located for visiting the tourist sites of South Holland. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very professional.
Beautiful hotel and room.only 3 minute walk to town and restaurants. Hotel was 5 star and restaurant very nice but expensive. We liked it so much wished we had stayed an extra day or two.easy drive to Delft and The Hague.
The hotel is nicely situated, a parking is nearby, you can also park in front. The staff was nice, the room was clean, we had a coffee machine. Highly recommend.
The hotel was great. Just as I expected - friendly, helpful staff, big room, clean bathroom, great shower, nice toiletries, comfy bed, TV etc - all great.
