Great shower stream, good heating, perfect location for an airport hotel (around 10min drive to the airport by car), Market open til 11pm in the main building. Also has everything needed in the room (microwave, TV, fridge, watercooker. Check in and out was very easy and very friendly receptionist.

Very nice hotel with variety of breakfast. Cappuccino machine available 24/7. Comfy room size for our family with 2 adult kids. Staffs were super nice. We’re highly appreciated his help with our lost luggages. Good location. Short walk from everything. Oriental grocery is just opposite.

The position is great if you want to stay close to the airport and walk around. You can catch a bus to/from the airport and to/from main town, you can also walk up to the hill, to the ferry and on the bridge. In the right season, you can also hire a bike. The room has everything that you might need, considering that you are planning to pass your day out. The supermarket and the restaurant are very handy as well.AAnonymous - 6.0Scored 6.0

In general it was a good stay. Easy to find the place and get keys. The natural view around the residence was very beautiful. The pictures on the booking page about access to the beach are not the same on site. There was no access to the beach. Need litle bit more concentration on higienic standards. Thank You It was naice place for family.

Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low...
Beware of the fine print when booking your room for the low discount price at Alesund Airport Hotel. Instead of a room in the actual hotel building, our room was in a little structure across the parking lot called the Mini Hotel. Our room was tiny and cramped with no place to put our luggage except the beds or the floor. I was unable to upgrade to a regular room so not happy with the checkin staff. One last thing, the Hotel is actually 10 minutes or several Kilometers from the airport.charles - 10Scored 10

Ytterland is one of the islands away from ålesund. There are more islands near Ytterland. If you want to have relax out form the city center, this is a nice place (take in consideration that you depen on the bus if you don't have a car) The islands including Ytterland are really beautiful. I highly recommend a trip through the islands. :D

Nothing special about the room really but that’s the amazing thing: for such a low price it was clean and just fine. I was very pleasantly surprised. Attached to hotel is restaurant with very cheap beer and (for Norway) cheap food.
