The overall stay was good, we were pleased with the room size and the tennis court, we explored all the different pools around the resort and this was the highlight of our stay. The laundry service and shuttle bus were convenient touches to the resort. There was so much to do, eat and see within walking distance. The entire room was big but the bedroom area is small, we liked having more space in the living room. The balcony was beautiful and spacious.

Everything is in walking distance - a great market for groceries, lots of restaurants, and several boat charter companies. We didn't rent a car, and I'm so glad we didn't, taxis are great for venturing out.
Walk to the Point by Simpson Bay Resort ( practically next door) and enjoy the sunset and a cocktail - its so beautiful.
The bonfire at Buccaneer Bar ( also next door) on weekends is so much fun- and they have good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Is a lovely bay with a long white sandy beach, the water is turquoise, but due to the sand being very thin the water is quite milky, resulting in poor visibility under water, still super enjoyable if you want to relax and read by the sea.

We had booked an ocean-view room and were given one... but it was on the lowest level and we mostly saw lawn and trees rather than ocean. Thankfully they moved us to a higher floor and that made a huge difference in our stay. The hotel location is great with free parking. It has everything you need at a resort - good restaurants, a spa, activities onsite and more. We had a rental car that was perfect to sightsee for three days around the island. There is no lack of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and spas anywhere on this island! Note that on Sundays a lot of stores are closed if you stay over a weekend.

Best area to stay when visiting SXM, honesty the night life, food , people its just the perfect location to be in! Day or night Simpson Bay is really just amazing. Close to Beach areas as well , safe to walk to and from any hotel.
Beautiful and very convenient hotel. My room happened to be across from the large pool, and the walk to it from the main lobby building- even up a hill- was not bad at all. If you don't want to walk, the resort provides a shuttle. The resort has a few neighboring restaurants, a nice casino, a gift shop and a designated beach area. The room was clean, adequately stocked and included a full kitchen. It really felt like home.
The room with the balcony view was exactly what I had pictured and we were not disappointed. The beds and linens were quality and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet (which was included) was excellent. Pleasantly surprised and very happy that the parking was free as we had a rental car. Loved that there was no resort fee which is something I feel is rampant amongst hotels these days, so bravo Simpson Bay Beach Resort!
I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The food was good and fresh, rooms lovely and clean. The pool was amazing, you could just walk in and find a nice spot for sunbathing either sides, so you would not miss the sun in any case. Also, you could just swim up to the the whirlpool by the sea, which was just amazing. In the evening, the poolt was illuminated and gas fires created really lovely accent.
A stay here, either it be a single night or longer, is always super nice. I stayed here many times and its always good! Thats why i come back and dont look any further ;-)
Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean and the location to me is A++ close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and what have you. Will be back when i hit SXM. Thanks beautiful people!
Hotel is very clean and on the beach. The staff was amazing and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and and recently renovated. The beach and bars and restaurants were very accessible 10 minute walk or 2 to 3 minute drive!
Great place to see the sundown and the aeroplanes land and take off at Saint Martin from the deck. Nice location for lively Simpson Bay.
The host is really helpfull and easy to contact. Everything we asked for, could be arranged.
The location was great. Within walking distance to what Simpson Bay has to offer but very quiet location. We had access to the whole property which included the yard with the pool, hot tub, bbq etc.
the property was amazing! the pool was my favorite part , the grounds are brand new and stunning. i loved salt restaurant and the proximity of the resort the Maho village, the beach and nightlife!
Big room, very friendly staff, a supermarket in the groundfloor, Simpson bay beach and Caribbeans pirates vibes bar/restaurants all around, love it, I'll gladly go there again
We’ve stayed at Simpson Bay Resort 3 times and we love the location. Not far from the airport, walkable to restaurants, the beach, bars, grocery stores, etc.
