We were highly satisfied with the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. Initially, I had reserved one couple room and one family room. The children thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and freedom afforded by the balcony in the family room, which was not subject to any restrictions until the air conditioning in our designated room malfunctioned, necessitating a change of accommodations.
Subsequently, the new room imposed restrictions on the children's use of the balcony, requiring us to keep the door locked. However, the receptionist's assistance was invaluable throughout this process.

Great hotel, in quiet street, within walking distance of walking street. Great rooms. We got a free upgrade on to a superior room. The owner Krai is a very friendly man. He speaks English. After our stay, he insisted on bringing us to the bus station. Would definitely recommend. Would love to come back someday.

The owner was lovely. We had arrived a lot later than expected and I had forgotten to update the owner with our arrival time. She was very understandable as she would have been waiting our arrival. The place was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely! Also the cheap bike hire was great as we could cycle along the Mekong which was fantastic to do
