The location was great, far enough from the French quarter so there was not too much noise and we could sleep but at the same time close enough for just a 10 min walk

We stayed with our daughters, 4 teenage girls, so the only request we had was to have adjoining rooms so they could have their space and the hotel gladly gave this option to us. This was our 3rd time in 4 years and it never disappoints!

The first room we were in the door was busted and would not close. The people next to us were smoking pot. It stunk so bad. We went and got another room and the yelling and noise was horrible. I went through booking.com and paid almost 90 dollars. We looked online and it was only 68 dollars. I didn't sleep I was scared and all the noise.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

This was the most disgusting hotel that I ever visited.
This was the most disgusting hotel that I ever visited. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there for anyone. The property was very dirty and the rooms were even worse. They also have prostitution going on. They really should be out of business Q&A would have a ball rating this property. They really need to get it together because it's definitely a hot mess. They will charge you double and then refuse to give you a refund. My advice to anyone is stay away from this hotel.

Its close to the french quarter and the better parts of New Orleans, but not close enough. Triee to save some money but probably spent more because we paid for gas and uber rides. Wouldve been easier and probably cheaper just to stay in the french quarter. We'll do that next time

As long as you have transportation, there is lots to do.
As long as you have transportation, there is lots to do. Seems like there is always some festival or other taking place. You can also walk around the neighborhood. There are little places to eat and shop such as hobby lobby and tutti frutti
The hotel is located near shops and restaurants, so you do not need to travel to the centre to have dinner. The hot tub is nice after a long day exploring the city and its surroundings. The hotel has plenty of parking and the rooms are big and comfortable. Shower is decent and the selection of tv-channels and on demand series and movies in the room is excellent. The hotel offers a good base for exploring New Orleans if you do not mind being about 20 minutes from the heart of town. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was also good.
Clean, modern hotel tucked away in a decent area. Was greeted upon arrival. The lady who checked us in was upbeat and pleasant. It was a smooth process. The room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The roll down shade was wonderful keeping all the light out. Breakfast was great. The lady running it was prompt to refill items when they started to run out. My kids love the variety of seating options at breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
Situated at a major intersection there is still no traffic noise since all rooms are situated around an inner courtyard with swimming pool and bar. However, if there are loud activities in pool/bar area all rooms suffer from noise. Was not the case when I was there. The breakfast was great, you can choose from a wide variety of food. Ample parking and the hotel can be entered directly from the 3 parking lots. Great for trips to New Orleans when you avoid pick hours.
We did not eat at that hotel. It smelled terrible, it was dirty, the facilities were not maintained, raccoons were in the parking lot, the shower head was leaking onto the floor, the areas was not safe, it appeared homeless persons were hanging out in there, the elevator did not have an inspection certificate and was missing buttons.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to the delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and stunning pool area. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The pool provided a peaceful retreat with a beautiful view, and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The hotel and food next door were excellent. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned after the first week, but I understand management was trying to save money on house cleaning staff. That was the only drawback I saw during my stay. The front desk staff was good to work with each day. Thank you.
Loved the pool and bar area. Staff was wonderful and very informative about New Orleans conditions for safety. I used an Uber for going to the French Quarter tours, comparable procing and great experience. The room was Exceptional!! Im gonna have to say, "This is the Best Hotel I have ever stayed at"
Not much variety and the time of availability should be longer. When on vacation I don't want to HAVE to get up early to eat breakfast. We chose to go to Shoney's. However, the coffee at the hotel was excellent.
This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at..very rundown inside/outside.. will never stay there again.. the only thing good was the front desk ladies were super nice.
