Disappointing.
Disappointing. No maid service until last day and then only towel swap. Toilet ran nonstop. Reported it twice and got no response. Had the fire department checking rooms for carbon monoxide leak and no follow up by management. The only plus was lots of services within Walking distance. DFW or Metroplex in general is overrun with vehicle traffic. I grew up and lived in Dallas and Mesquite for 45 years. I now return to visit on ocassion. To many vehicles and not enough lanes for the traffic

Booked a room and showed up to stay. They gave a us a room that someone was already in. We were just sent away without any real explanation. Very sad that they get to get away with treating people like this. With many restaurants to choose from in less than a 3 mile radius. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast area was nice with coffee and light breakfast items every morning.
