The elevator was seriously questionable. Doors were jammed and wouldn't open all the way consistently. The phone was missing. I was seriously concerned there was a real possibility we could get stuck in the elevator.
The lady that helped me was very accommodating and deserves a raise. We had very sick boys and she helped us get as comfortable as possible.

If you booked the hotel for a children's competition for the hotel...you should let other guests know before they book reservations...so they may choose to book reservations somewhere else. Not the hotels problem. Didn't complain. But someone in some form of management...should have some control? You obviously can't control rude parents.Schandein - 10Scored 10

Check in was great.
Check in was great. The hotel appears run down, chipped doors, worn out carpets. Flooring and carpet in room should be replaced. Telephone and radio not working. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking! Loud people slamming doors for extended period of time from 10-11pm, police had to be called to rectify situation.

The rooms were nice and big and clean . The water was hot in the shower. Lots of towels too.The hotel is also very friendly. And they have breakfast which is a bonus. I do wish they would add a few more items to breakfast but over all it was ok this is a very nice place i wouldn't stay any other place when I come to town.
