Supervisors and staff were very friendly and accommodating. My flight to port vila cancelled 2 consecutive days but they didn’t charge me and kept rescheduling the room. Lagoon view from our rooms was awesome. They also helped to book taxis whenever I asked for even late evenings.

The location made it close to local restaurants. It was quiet, right on the water with great views. It felt like being in Vanuatu with the locals fishing, kids swimming and people laying right out front of our balcony. It was extremely clean. The wifi was very good.

Mariner made it really easy for us. We had to work for two days while vacationing and needed solid wifi. Their network didn’t let us down once. Also the rooms were incredibly spacious, making it easy to relax.
Location is very close to town so I walked to the supermarket at lunchtime to buy stuff for dinner, very convenient. What I also loved was that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - pots, pans, knives, kettles, microwaves, everything was there. Even a rice cooker which came in handy!
Also the staff were incredibly flexible which made our life a lot easier.
