NOTHING On arrival the bathroom was not clean.
The fridge didn't work at all.They replaced it with one that also did not cool at all.The bedding did not include a top sheet, only a heavy duvet, The carpeting was either badly stained or plain dirty.( This was blamed on the previous owner).On reporting the situation to the duty manager,she advised me that I was fortunate that they upgraded me to a deluxe room. When I pointed out to her that I booked a "delux" room she ended the conversation
I asked if it was normal to treat guests who booked through Booking.com in this manner she did not respond.
The breakfast staff appeared to be unsupervised trainees (who tried their best)
