Horrendous value for money !
$194 per night for a room that felt like a prison cell, adorned with 4 bunk beds !
Even a student hostel at $30 per night would have been better!

We were met at the stairs by lovely manager. Sorry. Forgot his name. He carried our bags upstairs as Hôtel has no lift. We were offered complimentary great coffee in salon As we wanted. The hotel is beautifully elegant. He gave us map of Montreal and pointed out places to go and how to get there. Very useful and kind.
Taxi was ordered for the morning.
Breakfast provided for us very early.
