The accommodation was pretty with lots of lovely paintings. The living room had good tea and coffee facilities.

There were rats or racoons in the walls, I was unable to go to bed, was very stressful. I recorded some videos demonstrating the noise.
I did not sleep there, checked out at 9 pm and gave the key back to the receptionist. She did not want to reimburse me because I had paid through booking. The receptionist told me that the owner would call me back the next day, he never did.

We picked this hotel for it’s location. The staff of the hotel were courteous and professional they made us feel welcome from check in to check out. The staff of the restaurant were helpful however for breakfast they were ill prepared and the buffet was lacking in hot food and it seemed it was an inconvenience for the cooks to prepare more. Having said this the supper staff were the exact opposite more than willing to help and with pleasant dispositions.

Horrendous value for money !
$194 per night for a room that felt like a prison cell, adorned with 4 bunk beds !
Even a student hostel at $30 per night would have been better!
Just off of the Champlain Bridge, Hotel Brossard is only 15 minutes' drive from downtown Montreal and St. Helen’s Island. It features a continental breakfast and free in-room Wi-Fi and wired internet....
I like the little town with the church. Lots of corn fields and hydro towers make the place unique. I also visited the town's Hydro-Québec - Électrium where they give an interesting free 1 hour tour. The highway is nearby.

It was our first time travelling through Montreal to go to Quebec. Sainte-Julie was a perfect place to spend the night to break our long drive. We avoided the traffic in the City and was able to carry on our trip quickly the next day.
