My experience is bad as they charged me double times and did not reply my mail on my refund request. Upon checking in on May 24th, I was informed by the hotel front desk operator on duty that I needed to pay CHF 356, which included CHF 256 for the room rent and CHF 100 for any additional expenses during my stay. I paid this amount using my Visa debit card, amounting to XOF 243,422.00. Initially, I was allotted a room on the 5th floor. During check-in, I inquired about the inclusion of breakfast in my booking. The front desk operator informed me that breakfast was not included but offered an upgrade to include breakfast and lounge access for an additional CHF 55. I accepted this offer and was upgraded to room 906 on the 9th floor. On May 25th, I checked out in a hurry due to my flight departure and was charged CHF 478. I paid this amount using my Visa debit card, amounting to XOF 326,935.00. Upon informing the front desk operator about my prior payment on May 24th, I was told that the payment was not deducted and that the card details were kept for payment upon check-out. Due to the rush, I paid the total bill amount of CHF 478. After reviewing my bank statements now, I noticed that my account was debited on both May 24th and 25th May. I paid Total CHF 834 for an actual invoice amount of CHF 478.

I did not like, I Love thsi place. Staff are adorable, helpful. There was a real key to the room not stupid card that dose'nt work.. Great classic wholesome food. Close to an amazing public pool with slides. The Airport is 5 mins by local but 4 Frs... What more to ask for??

The rooms are great ! The hotel is very closed to the airport (about 5-7 minutes) driving and a few restaurants in just a walking distance. There is a halal restaurant nearby.
