The staff were all great and Lucia especially is a huge asset to the hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location. Just a short walk from the many bars and restaurants in the old town. Our room was lovely and with its own balcony was perfect for our week long stay. Volker and Tee were welcome and charming hosts, only too happy to help with restaurant bookings and great recommendations in Las Palmas.
