Great location , easy access and parking , well equipped room , huge comfy bed, nice local walk by river or easy bus ride into city centre if you want more. Young lady on reception was so welcoming when we arrived and all staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located outside of the old town, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the old town outskirts and maybe another 10 to the Basilica. The secure underground parking was excellent. Staff on reception and the cleaning team were fantastic, so welcoming and full of information about the town, what to see, how to get there and where to eat. My room was large enough with 2 desks and a huge balcony/terrace area. Bathroom was big enough and had everything I needed. The shower over the bath worked well.
