We received a very warm welcome from the owner, the house is lovely and the accommodation was very comfortable.
Our room was slightly small but beautifully presented, with a nice bathroom & super shower.

The breakfast was great and the principal staff member on in the morning was lovely. They are trying. There was thought behind what was provided and a nice welcome but cleanliness was a big issue.

Amazing location and loved the experience of living in a small compact, well designed floating hut! The breakfast and welcome bottle of fizz was very thoughtful. Just loved it!

Funtington was a quiet village and the local pub just a short walk from the B&B. There are several footpaths out into the countryside from the village centre, including one linking the old church to the large duckpond. Kingley Vale National Nature Reserve is close by and the ancient yew trees are certainly worth the walk from the reserve car park.
