Inside terminal - no walking to train or plane. Very large room. Excellent shower that did not flood the bathroom (as so many do). Very quiet. Pleasant staff. Breakfast selection was varied and good.

Huge top floor apartment! Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee/tea. Secure complex with parking out front. Balconies on both sides of the apartment. Super close to the airport but nice quiet location. All you could need. If/when we need to fly out of Malpensa again we will be back!

The hotel was fine. The Shuttle service was horrible!!!!!. As per the instructions we called and told them we were at T2, we were told to wait 20 m near the Farmscia sign, an hour later I called again, I was told we will be there in minutes… so another 20 minutes later I called again and was told it would be another 30- 40 minutes!!!!! Another hour later and still nothing!!!!! We decided to get a taxi, and they were on strike. So now we get the airport shuttle from t2 to t1, and the hotel shuttle was there , we boarded and got to the hotel. It was quite obvious they were not ever going to T2 so I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. Who needs the stress!!

Comfy beds. Nice and dark. Clean. Shuttle bus great. Staff amazing. All good! We arrived 2am flight delayed. So glad I booked this! We checked in at 2am and couldn’t check out at 12 midday. Perfect. Literally nothing could be better!
