It's the second time I stayed here. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and spacious, friendly staff with a smile especially at the reception. Had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and we were really satisfied. Parking outside the hotel always available. Above all the price was very reasonable.

The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was within a 10 minute walk to explore the surrounding old town. The off street parking was really convenient and ensured we avoided the ZTL. The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Modica town is quaint and has lots to offer to the tourist. It can best be explored on foot though you will need a car to go from Modica alta to the lower area of Modica. Modica has many churches and eateries as well as shops and the narrow streets are fascinating and always offering lovely surprises. It is a hilly town so not ideal for the elderly tourst to get around unless they get a taxi

Very nice city split in two parts, Modica alta(hill) and modica bassa(old town), long corso for nice promenade for shopping and eating, many old interesting buildings and monuments, turistic train running around the city, defintely 1-2 night to spend worth it.

Modica is a very interesting town.
Modica is a very interesting town. For older people the steps and steep roads and streets might be challenging. The green tourist “train” gave a good overview of the histoic centre of the old town. Modica is famous for its chocolate - tours need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Modica is so unique.
Modica is so unique. Our first view of the steep hillside of buildings took our breath away. Our phones weren't helping us get there so we drove down from the alto section to the bottom through the town. That was amazing. Just looking up at different times of the day are worth the experience.

Unfortunately we visited Modica on a rainy day so our experience was dampened a little. It looked like it was full of historical interest and of course it's famous for its chocolate if you like their style of chocolate!
We found Ragusa Ibla more enjoyable.

Modica was the perfect Baroque city to locate in to explore the other cities and the beach. The location to bus station and train station was convenient to do daytime exploring. The city had a good mix of tourist stuff and regular people shops and restaurants.
Mostly I cooked in my apartment but I took day trips every day.
Lots of places call themselves "spas," but this was really is. You are above the valley where Modica is, it's lovely, really quiet. Breakfast was out of this world, every morning. We were almost late for one breakfast (jet lag) but the staff was kind enough to wait for us to arrive. Our room faced the pool and if the weather had been warmer, I am sure that we would have taken advantage, it looked beautiful. We had somewhere to travel by taxi every day and the staff was super helpful setting up travel for our daily trips.
This Villa is amazing! It’s very spacious (could easily accommodate six), comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, terrace and access to a lovely garden with olive, orange and lemon trees and herbs. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent if you have a car — 10 minutes to the old citY of Modica and 20 minutes to Ragusa and Scikli. There are supermarkets nearby. We would love to stay there again.
Giovanni was in constant touch with us on WhatsApp regarding the arrival procedure. He met us on site and helped us move in. Explained the sight-seeing in Modica and nearby towns. Giovanni then showed us where to park our car for free for 2 nights. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and really cool during the warm weather. It is close to the main sights. Best value for money in our 12 day stay in Sicily
Everything was great and it exceeded expectations: the room is beautiful, the bed - super comfy and we loved the view. The facilities are new and super clean and stylish - our best stay so far in Sicily!
Also, Federica was very nice and kind and offered a lot of tips and recommendations. Overall, we loved Modica and our stay! Grazie!
The views from the agriturismo are very beautiful. The food was divine. Lidia (the owner) was very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would really suggest this agriturismo and we would surely return on our next trip to Sicily.
Vento del Sud is a really great house, very nice and comfortable!
Simona is an incredible host and she was so helpful with all the information we needed! Modica is an amazing place to visit and I would definitely recommend Vento del Sud for your accomodation.
Great accommodation choice near the historical centre of Modica. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and the owner was very hospitable. Breakfast was also great. Overall good value for money, I highly recommend!
Very quiet location.
Centrally located.
Air condition in bed and living room.
The apartment is well equipped and the standards are comparable to a good 3star hotel.
Very helpful, approachable and friendly owner. Easy communication with the landlord.
Everything was perfect, the hosts and staff were amazingly friendly, the room was perfect for the town and had stunning baroque features.
It was so good to be at the top of modica, so close but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle below!
Great place to stay. The hôtel is in a family palace. Gianpiero is a great host, helpful and welcoming. The room was huge with a balcony overseeing the city. We only stay 1 night but it was a great one. The heat of the city is close by the hôtel.
The views over Modica are just fabulous. Waking up with them is just amazing.
Breakfast was delicious and prepared with love by the host.
The city center is walking distance but does require going down stairs (good to keep that in mind)!
The location was next to the St Giorgius Cathedral and had stunning views. The balcony was wonderful. our host, Valentina, came to greet us after hours. The breakfast at the Bar del Duomo was the best we had in Sicily.
A very spacious and cute place right near the heart of Modica. Was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a short walk to center of Modica. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The hospitality was good especialy the food and the service at the restaurant. The price was worth it. The hotel is situated in most of the attractions in Modica. Parking was not a problem.
Everything! This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and its never a disappointment. Anytime we go to Sicily Modica Boutique hotel is the hotel to stay!
