I wrote a very critical review after our stay in April but sometimes you have to eat you own words! After I had written the review the manager contacted me to politely address my criticisms, but I then found that I had left an expensive jacket behind. The manager confirmed that the staff had found the jacket and arranged for it to be sent back to the UK, so I would now rate the staff as excellent.

The receptionist was very friendly, he explained everything to us perfectly and we had some problems with withdrawing money and he helped us a lot with that!! There is a 7 Eleven next door, very good for stopping by. The hotel had coffee, tea and water to drink whenever we wanted.
