Reception and customer service were amazing, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome and variety of selection. But the coffee machines were not suitable for the place. A proper coffee should be served with such an amazing breakfast. Rooms were nice but some rooms obviously required AC cleaning as it smelled mold when AC is on. Other than that it’s my favorite place to stay in Muscat.
