Friendly locals, almost always smiling and generous in giving directions when being asked for help 😍 But one thing we noticed though, majority of the taxi drivers do not know the direction/location of the attractions and sites we visited considering we only toured around the city and most popular sites like Museo Dabawenyo, D ‘Bone Collector Museum and UpSideDown House Museum 😕

If you are looking for a very beautiful and even somewhat luxurious accommodation in Davao City, this is the place to stay. The hotel is relatively new compared to Seda and Park Inn. So it still looks and feels clean. We really liked the breakfast buffet. The pool is nice, especially in the evenings. Our kid liked it a lot. The hospitality of the staff is of course excellent, but remember that this is the Philippines and we generally expect a high level of hospitality everywhere.

The hotel is literally beside a big shopping centre. Theres also a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was quite big. I didn’t expect to have a King sized massive bed with a scenic view of the city. The staff were simply amazing and attends to your needs immediately. The breakfast buffet that comes with the booking was really good. Love the purple bread with cheese - i believe its called ube pandesal. Will definitely come back.
