The location of the hotel is fantastic right at the top of the hill which gives you amazing views of the whole town and a great chance to spot the early morning hot air balloons. The staff were amazing and couldn't have done more to make us feel more welcome. Our hot air balloon ride was cancelled on the Monday morning and the hotel staff were able to source us a spot for Wednesday morning instead despite it being fully booked with all the travel agents.

Easy access to the city center without sloop, so I can recommend here to anyone.
They arranged the horse riding tour, the mixed tour (red and a little bit of green) and the balloon tour for us with reasonable prices. Especially, I recommend to book the balloon tour from the hotel because they may have a vacant seat for guests which you cannot find on the web page.
The breakfast with panorama from rooftop was a great start of the day. It included some turkish traditional homemade food, and we enjoyed it.
Our room has the bathtub and it was really helpful in the cold weather.
Special tips for Japanese guests: Some staff can talk Japanese so if you feel nervous about communication in English, this is the best place for you.
