Its a good hotel that you can stay there without any problems. Reception team was really helpful about my reservation.
Also shout out for Eyyub from concierge he helped me about my second reservation and about the places that we should see. He is a very kind and gentle guy. Also his trainee Kumsal was there to guide us no question asked.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to unclean conditions and a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. The sealed windows prevented any fresh air from circulating, and the ineffective air conditioning did little to alleviate the stuffiness, contributing to us feeling unwell. These issues, combined with poor value for money, negatively impacted our trip. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
