The breakfast was marginal. The hotel needs some upgrading. My door jam was broken. My mirror was dirty. It just needed some updating not in great condition. The room had a very strange smell.

great renovation to interior, clean and comfortable.
I love all the amenities in the Valley. It’s nice to feel on the outskirts of downtown. And able to visit family, Do my Household shopping, nails, breakfast. Whatever I need to accomplish. Is all Right there without the heavy traffic of Downtown. And most importantly, I can bring my Dogs and have plenty of Options for where to walk around with them and get in some site seeing.

Spokane Valley has a "homey" feel despite being quite a large city. There are so many beautiful areas and people in Spokane Valley and the greater Spokane area. I visit 3-4 times a year to see my son and each time I find another little treasure spot to explore and cherish. I drive 7-hours one way to Spokane Valley and I am always eager to arrive to start exploring new hidden beauty spots with my son. 😀
Look up Manito Park...all of it is amazing!!!

We've stayed at this property many times as we make trips to Montana frequently. It is convenient to the interstate and has a variety of restaurants nearby, easy to spot the sign from either direction. It was about as expected, rundown looking in the halls, hard to find signs, etc. The breakfast was almost entirely carbs. We actually have not eaten the breakfast offered before, as there is a restaurant next door. But, we were under time pressures, and had protein snacks in the car.
The person checking us in was very friendly and informative.

The staff were friendly, but the issue was just the outdated facility and not clean. It needs serious upgrading to make it cleaner and up to date. They tried to refund me some money paid, but booking.com made the process last longer than necessary due to a policy which I consider not efficient in this day and age.

Spokane Valley is almost the better version of Spokane as a whole in my opinion. It is very clean and large enough for the amount of people living there. It is also a beautiful little town with gorgeous scenery. There are rarely to no issues with parking your vehicle and worrying anything will get stolen. There are tons of parks that are just lovely. The mall there is huge, I mean everything you could possibly need and more exists here. I always travel here because it has everything relatively close and you could really never get bored.
We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and it is likely going to be the only one that we stay at in Spokane from now on. ☺️ It is always clean, the staff is super friendly, the beds are incredibly comfortable and it's amazing having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right out back. ☺️
Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Location was good for the price (compared to similar hotel for $300 in coeur d’alene!), felt like a safe area, right off the off-ramp. Room felt safe for my kids, they had fun watching Bluey on TV. Air conditioning was super COLD, it was great!
My room was ok but my daughters room was awful. She will do her own review. There was no breakfast due to lack of staffing. It took a long time to get the phone answered and to get towels and the tv remote delivered to the room.
Staff was amazing I was treated so well and when I checked out I let the front desk know about a few issues in my room and they thanked me for telling them and told me they were glad to have me as a guest which I appreciated that.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to navigate, and neat public spaces. Other hotels are scary looking on the inside, My Place had proper lighting in the hallways which made it not so intimidating. Staff were welcoming!
I love La Quinta because of pet friendly without having to pay an arm and a leg. My dog is potty trained, a good traveling dog he don’t like to be left behind. So your hotels are the very best to stay at for pets ♥️👌🐶
Nice clean hotel in the Spokane Valley. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, your typical free breakfast. Definitely would stay again if ever in need of hotel in the Valley !
The hotel was easily accessible from the Interstate and although on the outskirts of the city the journey to downtown was easy and quick. The room was excellent and quiet; hotel staff were very helpful.
It was a nice room and good location, right off the interstate and beside a lovely walking trail by the river. It had good food for a continental breakfast. The pool and fitness room were open 24 hrs
The breakfast was outstanding! Best I’ve had since covid and they keep the area immaculate! The location of the hotel is near a beautiful path that goes for miles along the river. That was fantastic!
Our room wasn't clean my service dog got a oreo cookie that was left on the ground . Also my grandchildren found a pill on the floor. Are bathroom was dirty , bathroom supplies where not re stocked.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very good for restaurants. The beds and pillows were very good.
The bathroom could be a little more modern.
The pool was a hit with the kids. Loved the robes we could use to walk to the outdoor pool. The free breakfast at the Max restaurant for hotel guests was amazing.
