Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Really nice and charming hotel, very clean, parking available, the room is small but fine, has everything what you need.

Družinsko voden hotel Alter Telegraf z restavracijo, specializirano za ocvrtega piščanca in piščanca na žaru, se nahaja ob vznožju hriba Schlossberg, približno 10 min hoje od starega mestnega središča... We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and I want to say that the room is very big and the bed is fantastically comfortable with some additional options to move the matras, the interior is a little bit old-facioned but nice.

Nastanitev Kaiserreich I - Styrian Hideaway se nahaja približno 2,2 km od znamenitosti Katedrala in mavzolej in nudi razgled na vrt, teraso ter verando. The place was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Owner also provided all the guidance needed for a new tourist in Graz. A big plus is the proximity to public transport (bus/tram) and to grocery stores (Billa and coffee shop)

Nastanitev Cosy Splendor / City Center se nahaja približno 15 min hoje od znamenitosti Stolp Uhrturm Graz in nudi razgled na gore, balkon ter aparat za kavo. Great location, just 5 min walk from the old city. Apartment had two floors, on the ground floor there was a very nice terrace and a small garden, which we didn’t use because it was raining. The view from the bedroom is amazing, you can see the castle hill. Owner was very helpful, he arranged for us the cot for the baby and the baby chair, even though we stayed there only 1 night. The free parking was available.

It is equipped with anything you might need for a short or longer stay (even 2 coffee machines). The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect when visiting the LKH or MedUni. The host was very helpful when solving an unexpected issue. I definitely recommend.

This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

Perfect stay if you don't want to be super centrally located, great communication, parking, facilities... The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
