Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location was very good, a fair walk to the city center but in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

The family-run Hotel Alter Telegraf with a restaurant specializing in fried and grilled chicken is located at the foot of the Schloßberg hill, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Graz. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and I want to say that the room is very big and the bed is fantastically comfortable with some additional options to move the matras, the interior is a little bit old-facioned but nice.

Boasting garden views, Kaiserreich I - Styrian Hideaway features accommodation with a terrace and a patio, around 1.9 km from Graz Clock Tower. The eye for detail made the stay! The personal message on the chalk board, the bottle of water in the fridge, the bottle of wine, the chocolates on the pillow and the fold in the toilet paper. All of this just made us feel super welcome. Simone and Dieter are outstanding hosts who clearly know what their clients like and how to make someome feel welcome. Definitely recommend staying at Kaiserreich.

Appartements in Graz beim LKH in Graz provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. It is equipped with anything you might need for a short or longer stay (even 2 coffee machines). The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect when visiting the LKH or MedUni. The host was very helpful when solving an unexpected issue. I definitely recommend.

Located in Graz, near Graz Clock Tower and Graz Town Hall, Pleasant City Apartment is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and tennis court. This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

Perfect stay if you don't want to be super centrally located, great communication, parking, facilities... The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
