Our small family run hotel is located about 5km south of the old town of Salzburg, in a quiet and scenic location. The property was beautiful and very well kept. The views were awesome. The bus into Salzburg was just around the corner and so easy and convenient. Around a 15 minute bus ride. Easy to and from Salzburg. We borrowed bikes and rode our bikes to Hellbrun Palace. It was a beautiful ride on easy paved bike trails. Breakfast was delicious and the service all around exceptional. I highly recommend.

The room was clean, nice deco, very comfortable, very cozy. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were nice and accommodating. Great for families to stay at.

One must try the self brewed cider, and apple juice. Excellent location, really good beergarden.

We stayed in room 202, on the second floor. The place is great. Plenty of room, great amenities, parking, heating, fridge etc. Bus station right outside (25min to city center). Even though the property is right next to the street, there were no issues with noise. Communication with the owner went smoothly.

A nice balcony with chairs allows you to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening looking out at the snow-covered Alps. This is also a working farm, so you get to see the sheep every day out in the pasture next to the apartments and get a taste of Bavarian countryside life. Many guests have cars, but if you don't, a bus into town stops right in front of the property every 15 minutes or so.

Right next to.a bus stop for convenient travel. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna - next time!
