Situated at a main road on the outskirts of Salzburg, Hotel Vogelweiderhof dates back to the early 20th century and offers free WiFi in all rooms and free private parking. Very clean, in a quiet area, according to the rooms and facilities, I would place it even above 3 stars. There are refrigerator, hair dryer and water heater in the room. The room is quite spacious and with an extra day sofa. Varied breakfast, with fresh and tasty products, costs 14 euros per person and can be purchased even that morning. The receptionist was very helpful. Because it was possible, we were checked in even earlier and we received absolutely all the information necessary for a tourist tour of the city, down to the smallest details. Sufficient parking space in the inner courtyard. The hotel has several buildings, and the place between them is intended for parking. It is located about 10 minutes by bus from the tourist attractions. The bus stop is 30m from the hotel. I recommend the hotel!

Family-run since 1912, the non-smoking, adults-only Bergland Hotel offers a quiet location in the centre of Salzburg, only a 10-minute walk from Mirabell Palace, the Congress Centre, and the main... Mrs Kuehne, & Alfredo were warm & welcoming. Feels like home. They were very helpful. Candies & apples were made available daily. Excellent Indian curry at nearby restaurant.
