Built in 1909, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich has been hosting an international clientèle for more than a century. Hotel upgraded me to a larger corner room when there was a water issue in the bathroom. That was very nice of them. A few of the nights we didn't have hot water in the evening, but they removed a room night from the total bill which was the correct thing to do. Other than that, the hotel and location are absolutely lovely. Perfect blend of grand luxury in a small hotel.

The room was beautiful and with the view of the lake. Wonderful interior and dinning area in the lobby. It is well located and easy to get around.
