Parking is not guaranteed but seems safe and can be obtained very close to the residence. The linens were of good quality and fresh and clean. We had many hours of great English conversation . Set in a refurbished Patrimonial Palace, Matildas Hotel Boutique offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available. Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.
