The property is absolutely stunning. The hotel was a little difficult to find, but that may have been more due to our maps app not working very well in China. Otherwise once we found the location it was perfect. It is unassuming from the outside but once you’re in it’s so peaceful. The courtyard is beautiful and was a great spot for breakfast. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very welcoming and communicative. They replied to emails promptly when I had questions and gave several restaurant recommendations. Thanks so much !

Set in the popular Xidan Area, Pan Pacific Beijing is about a 25-minute walk from Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Xinhua Gate. Featuring a 24-hour front desk. Excellent experience during our two nights stay. Good location for shopping and food. Hotel room is very clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good too. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially MR Lee (Manager). He gave us discount for Hotel Dinner buffet and approved our late checkout request (1 hour).

Kieth, Michael, Marvin, Franco and the entire staff were beyond expectations. The accommodations were fantastic. Loved the heated toilet seat. The staff was always very helpful with our demands. One person from the team could speak English. The patio is beautiful with an ancient Chinese style. The hotel overall is decorated with great attention to detail. The hotel is in a very calm and traditional-looking area. There are also a lot of stores nearby that stay open until late in the evening.
