Easily the nicest place I stayed in China. The staff was so nice and spoke great English. They were really helpful. The room was super clean and very peaceful and the location was excellent for walking around.

The hotel itself is clean, modern and stylish, the breakfasts are good, there were very tasty flower cakes in the room as a compliment when I checked in. I would like to highlight the work of one member of staff with excellent English, she magically appeared every time when needed and helped with everything, thank you!

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). The Hotel staff was super nice, helpful and really caring, they made us feel like home. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable and well equiped. The hotel is perfectly located: close to the city, right outside a beautiful park and close to the subway. The breakfast is really good and sitting in the yard is really nice. Definately recommendable!

The hotel premises are incredibly beautiful, feels like you are in a movie. Area around the hotel is also very pleasing - steps aways from Wenshu Yuan Monastery with a lot of dining options. Service was also great: everything is clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though English may be a problem.

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.
