Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodation with free internet and free parking. The quality of the staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.

The pool bathrooms were amazing. It felt like being in an amazing spa. There were steam rooms, spa, sauna and showers that had different setting and music to match.

Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is directly opposite Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre. Staff, especially Cathy and Penny on concierge were fantastic.

Offering an indoor swimming pool, Wyndham Grand Shenzhen is located in Shenzhen. Upgrade of the room to deluxe, the room of which is very spacious, and the location is near futian city centre.

Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Shenzhen’s Central Business District. It boasts 354 units and 3 dining options. The staff was polite and very professional. Especially cleaning ladys took very good care of us, Thank you we really appreciate it!

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre is located around 14 minutes' walk away. The location was good. Big bed, clean toilets. The breakfast was very good. There were a vast variety you can select from.
