Plenty of space. Very nice kitchen. The host was very polite and helpful - provided an additional drying rack for doing laundry. Frictionless check-in process. Near the M13 and 12 trams.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for getting to the city centre via the M4 Tram. It was fantastic to have private underground parking for our car which we didn't use from the momnet we arrived until we departed!

Featuring accommodation with a patio, Ancient 33sqm 2room maisonette apt Near center is set in Berlin. It is situated 4.1 km from Alexanderplatz and offers a lift. We very much enjoyed the stay in this modern tastefully decorated and equipped apartment combining raw materials (bare steel staircase and timber) and standard modern housing. Even various small details made our stay comfortable and feeling like at home (dish washer capsules in stock, HDMI cable for attaching the laptop to the TV available etc.). The apartment is quiet, placed in a yard, though located in a quite busy suburban area. On street parking a few corners away was not a problem. Tram stop nearby - just a short walk to the nearest crossroad with a comfortable 15-minute public transport trip to the city center. Will be happy to come back again.

Berlin is a large city. In that scale this apartment is not far from the city centre. It is about 8 stops away from Alexanderplatz and yet located very conveniently near the grocery stores and tram stations. Very close to the Berlin planetarium and so we walked back after a late evening show. Berlin has excellent public transport and this apartment is suited well for people ( like us ) who arrive without a car. Apartment is quite tastefully done. One bedroom at the top one in the bottom. The sofa bed is big enough to sleep two adults maintaining good personal space. The kitchen is well equipped. I wouldn't aim at making grand dinner in there but a decent breakfast n meals are doable. The microwave oven was on top of the fridge, in the same cabinet. So everytime we had to use the oven the fridge was to be kept open. Made us all laugh each time but not a botheration really. The host was very helpful and promptly respond all our queries.
