Just 4 km north of the Kölnmesse exhibition centre, this hotel in Cologne's Mülheim district offers modern rooms and excellent links with the A3 motorway. Dennis welcomed us with his smiling eyes (he was wearing a mask of course!). He speaks perfect English, something we don't easily find in other hotels in Germany. He informed us about the local and hotel health regulations and finished the welcome process quickly and politely. The room was spacious and very clean. We also had an extra bed and a baby cot ready as we had requested. The bathroom was also very clean. We loved the washbasin because it was low and our toddler could wash her hands without any help from us. That was amazing. The breakfast was simple but we didn't miss anything from what we eat in our breakfast every day. We were covered. The pancakes were a nice extra. We had a small problem with the device but a lady from the kitchen personnel immediately helped us solve it - she was speaking basic English but we were very happy she tried her best to communicate with us with smiling eyes! (yes, she was also wearing a mask) Overall our stay was very positive, thank you!
