This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. Very clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space and storage. Great location in the old town, just five minutes walk from the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a superior double room which was lovely. The hotel reception smells nice (like a spa) when you enter. It felt very quiet and couldn't hear outside street noise so slept really well. Lots of natural light in the room.

The hotel's excellent location, spacious and comfortable room, along with all the amenities, made for a very nice experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I hope to return soon!

Very nice, modern and stylish hotel. The room was not too big, but comfortable enough and very clean. Quite interesting and unusual design and set-up of the shower within the room. The wi-fi was excellent. The staff were nice and pleasant. And the location was perfect for me - very close to the center of the city and some of the other attractions and places of interest, and only few steps away from the metro/train and bus stations. And important - not too expensive. I sincerely recommend the hotel.
