This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. Very clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space and storage. Great location in the old town, just five minutes walk from the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a superior double room which was lovely. The hotel reception smells nice (like a spa) when you enter. It felt very quiet and couldn't hear outside street noise so slept really well. Lots of natural light in the room.
