Located next to the historic centre on Puerta de Toledo, this smart hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a lounge bar perfect for relaxing in after visiting the sights. Good location, everything was good, clean, breakfast was ok, not so various, but good.

This conveniently located hotel is set near Madrid’s transport hubs of Álvaro Mendez and Atocha – terminal for the AVE high-speed lines. We got an upgrade and the room we stayed in was phenomenal. There was a huge spa bath, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. My only regret was that we didn't stay in Madrid for longer! I wasn't expecting to love the city as much as I did. We will come back to Madrid on our next visit and we will stay here again. Thank you!

Aircon is life-saving in summer. Bedrooms well separated from each other; excellent showers. Carefully equipped with absolutely every convenience. Kitchen has everything needed, of highest quality. Laundry clean and detergent supplied. There was nothing that could be improved on.

They thought of everything that we would need. It was a fantastic location. The bathroom was fantastic, great balcony for people watching, close to everything! One of the best!
