The neighborhood has a nice park along the river that cn be an option for the visit of the city. The hotel facilities are in good shape. The people is very friendly and always open for help. An extra cradle was ready when we arrived.

The facilities, and the staff. Lydia at the reception was amazing, since the moment of check in. She provided a map and advised where to go and how to get to those places. She was sharing her shift with a gentleman tall wearing glasses (did not catch his name), both were above and beyond.

Tento elegantný hotel sa nachádza v Madride, hneď vedľa historického centra štvrte Puerta de Toledo. Ponúka bohatý raňajkový bufet a hotelový bar. Pripravte sa na nový deň výdatným raňajkovým bufetom.... The place was really comfortable, equiped with everything we needed and super clean. That it was located close to a metro station was really useful, but you can go to downtown walking as well.

This conveniently located hotel is set near Madrid’s transport hubs of Álvaro Mendez and Atocha – terminal for the AVE high-speed lines. Hotel staff helpful and polite. Housekeeping very good.

This hotel is strategically located, just 300 metres from Madrid’s Atocha-AVE Train and Metro Station and Reina Sofia Art Gallery. It offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and a good barhroom. The staff is very nice and they give very good service. The location was good for us close to Atocha train station and the Retiro park. Very very good breakfast.
