Located just off the A2 Motorway, this hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from central Madrid. The air-conditioned rooms at the Meliá Avenida América feature modern décor. The staff was extremely kind and polite, very welcoming and not too formal, which was really appreciated. The room given (333) was tidy, fresh and very comfy, with all of the amenities that a couple would need for a stay. I want to highlight the extra effort of keeping our luggage as long as we need (we arrived pretty close to midnight) for us to have dinner before their restaurant is closed. The hotel is a very good option in terms of money and quality.

It is worth staying at this hotel even if you want to visit Madrid, not just for departures/arrivals from the airport. The services are excellent! Transportation to the airport is done every 30 minutes with minibuses and the schedule is respected. The minibus passes by all the terminals in the airport, so you can arrive without worries and very comfy I will definitly return to this hotel! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
