Interior design - both contemporary and elegant - absolutely adorable lobby! Chilled lemonade in the lobby in summer hot Madrid is a good idea, and DIY lavender sachet for better sleep is a nice feature. Spacious twin room with a coffee machine and a perfectly working aircon. Comfy beds and pillows. We are greatful to the porter who helped us with our luggage and showed the room. He spoke fluent English and was really hospitable. He added a lot to the exellent impression we got from the hotel. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but think the management can figure out. Cleanliness.

Crisol Vía Castellana nalazi se u Madridu, u poslovnoj četvrti Chamartín, u aveniji Paseo de la Castellana, u neposrednoj blizini kultnih zgrada Puerta de Europa. It was my 2nd time at this hotel, and I will book it again if get another opportunity to go to Madrid. Perfect location for a solo traveller: safe wide street. Also right next to the bus and metro station (in 15-20 min you are in the city center by direct metro line). Amazing room with a bath, huge windows and great view if you get one of the higher floors. Last time I was on the 2nd floor, the view was still great, but more in 'I stare at people, and they stare at me' style. Breakfast was generally good.
