The breakfast was good although I would’ve preferred it with a bit more variety. My family appreciated that there’s a grocery right across the property. We also liked that our rooms were freshly cleaned daily. The property is conveniently located and is a 2 minute walk to Gran Via.

The rooms were super clean. The hotel is LGBT-friendly. The restaurant had good drinks, and an awesome breakfast selection. We will be staying here again!

Detta hotell ligger på en lugn gata strax intill Madrids paradgata Gran Via, bara 200 meter från tunnelbanestationerna Callao och Plaza España. it is right at the center of gran via, which is the main street of madrid, right near two metros — maybe even three. the staff were absolutely lovely & always greeted you with smile and very helpful. the laundry service was wonderful & not too pricey.

The property offers accommodation in Madrid's central street of Gran Vía. The hotel features a restaurant, fitness centre and rooftop bar. Free WiFi is provided. I didn't plan to end up here. I had some problems with my flight to the states and frustrated as I was, I started browsing hotels in Booking. I just wanted a nice clean place not far away from the center so I can sleep. For some reason, all hotels were really expensive and fully booked. In a hurry I've booked Innside. And that was a great decision. I've later learned that Real was playing vs Bayern and that was the reason why hotels were full. Innside was everything that I wanted. In the city center. Clean, spacious rooms. Very polite staff. When they saw I bet they thought I was seeking asylum. Night of no sleep can do that to a man. They've checked fast and got me a room even before noon that day, which I appreciate greatly. So, 12 points to the girls at the reception desk. Restaurant is excellent one. Good coffee, excellent breakfast . Nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff also 12 points :)

Här erbjuds enkelt boende i centrala Madrid. the girl in the reception desk, don't remember her name but she is from Venezuela, was amazing, well mannered, great disposition to help and to listen. she was really amazing.
