Clear advantages include cleanliness, a great location, and a welcoming staff.

A recently renovated property, NEW BEACH flats VALENCIA is situated in Valencia near Playa de las Arenas, Malvarrosa Beach and Puerto de Valencia. The location was great: about 15 minutes on foot to the closest beach, with plenty of services in the neighbourhood (supermarket, local market, bakers, fruits/vegetables shops, bars/ restaurants, pharmacy, etc.), very close to the metro station (5 minuts on foot tops) and to other public transportation. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, really nicely decorated and very well equipped. Our host was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.

We love the convenient location and super clean and new condition of the whole apartment. The host is also very kind and responsive.

Apartamento Jardín de Ayora features a balcony and is located in Valencia, within just 1.8 km of Turia Gardens and 1.4 km of Mestalla Stadium. We didn't have the breakfast. We had a great host, who are friendly and kind. Even they let us be there in there house for a bit longer as our next flight was later on. Really recommend this place.

The Damia Bonet Residence Hall offers well-priced studios with private kitchen and bathroom close to Valencia University. They have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Location, comfort room, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent service.

Conveniently situated in the Algiros district of Valencia, Osito Hub - l'Explorador Andrés is located 2.5 km from Malvarrosa Beach, 2.5 km from Jardines de Monforte and 2.7 km from Turia Gardens. We were super happy with the apartment as it's right next to a Mercadona and has a lovely restaurant just across the road. Our travel card allowed us to take the bus and metro which were both only 5 minutes away. We would also like to come back as Osito Hub told us there are some great free concerts in the Turia Park which was about a 20 minute walk. The apartment was comfortable and cosy.

Respectful and helpful communication. The apartment was exactly like from the pictures and cozy and clean. We are glad to have stayed there.
