The hostess was helpful, kind and always in touch. It is convenient to go by bus to the city center. There is a nice supermarket in the same building. Getting the keys and returning them was quick and without any delays. Especially convenient is the availability of parking nearby, which is included in the price of the reservation. The kitchen had everything you needed (from spices to pans). I recommend to visit the apartments, and we will definitely come back when we are in Valencia.

We came in an early flight and the staff was so nice to let us before the check in time, such a nice gesture! The place has all the commodities one needs, it's clean and the location is as described. Close to the apartment there are many supermarkets, the bus line is really close and if not is a 20-25min walk to the center. We were welcomed with some amenities

We had a wonderful time at Arsan's flat in Valencia. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our work and leisure. The wifi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the city. Arsan was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. Thank you, Arsan, for making our trip so memorable!

Alquilo Habitación einstaklingsz con aseo privado solo Chicas, only Girls býður upp á gistingu með verönd, um 1,7 km frá Norte-lestarstöðinni. Gististaðurinn er með útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. All was perfect, Thank to Esther, she is very nice and friendly and her home was clean and near 20-40 min by walk to all what I wanted to see. I was happy to stay and felt like at home. ♥️

They met at the property to give the keys and explained and showed how everything in the apartment worked. They also spent some time with us explaining about the places to visit and what food to try in the city. Excellent location , easy access by metro or train. The bathrooms hot water available whenever we wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was safe. Overall it was an amazing stay
