Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was great from the time we arrived till our leaving. Very quick check in on our arrival on Sunday afternoon, didn't get his name but so helpful & efficent. Beautiful room & great balcony space. Just wish we had booked to stay longer... We would really recommend this hotel to everyone it' s beautiful..

Entirely renovated in June 2016 and located in Nice, this hotel is at 5 minutes from Nice-Ville Train Station and 10 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais by tram. The host was great! We only stayed for one night and he took his time to show us a map of the whole town and gave us some good advice for our trip. He was very welcoming and accepted our reservation last minute. The room was so beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Place is very private and safe.

The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

The studio is very cozy with everything, what is needed. There is even a washing machine. There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
