Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Room, location, service, all of it was beyond our expectations for a 1-3 nights stay. Room was clean and with enough space for 4 of us. Location is superb, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade along the main street. But you can take a tram for 1,25 Eur/person. Lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. Awesome value for money.

Completamente renovado em junho de 2016, este hotel está localizado em Nice, a 5 minutos da Estação de Trem Nice-Ville e a 10 minutos de bonde da Promenade des Anglais (avenida à beira-mar). The host was great! We only stayed for one night and he took his time to show us a map of the whole town and gave us some good advice for our trip. He was very welcoming and accepted our reservation last minute. The room was so beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Place is very private and safe.

Oferecendo vista do jardim, a Villa le Nid é uma acomodação situada em Nice, a 2,1 km da Plage du Ruhl e da Plage du Centenaire. The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
