Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. I visited Nice last year and stayed at Hotel Monsigny. The location, staff and hotel were perfect ! The beds are so comfortable and the train station is a 5 minute walk, and the city tram is like a minute walk only! the price is also very reasonable. My 1st experience at Hotel monsigny was really good, that I decided to book a room again, for my trip to Nice, this year. I highly recommend !

Hotel Parisien is situated in the heart of Nice, a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the train station. The rooms include air conditioning and a TV. Very convenient to go downstairs each morning to have coffee and a light breakfast. Staff was very helpful/accommodating.

The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
