Kareem from the reception make the entire experience totally different. I was unhappy at the beginning for some personal reasons. However, he change the entire experience upside down to absolute 10 out of 10. The hotel is lucky to have professional people like those who really know what the customer wants. Thank you..

In Manchester's lively Chinatown, this Novotel is just 500 metres from Manchester Central. The hotel features a fitness centre, stylish restaurant and air-cooled rooms with Wi-Fi access. Staff was extremly helpful. We had a issue with our son and needed a doctor. They gave their all to help us and of course fixed our problem. All the thanks to Alexandra and staff.
