We stayed at the hotel during December, the hotel staff greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage, they were more than welcoming at every opportunity, even when we needed to leave a bit later on our last day. The hotel and room are new, it was clean and tidy, and our overall feeling was that the room is fresh and inviting. Location wise, this place is dead in the center, we managed to go by foot to all the major locations. Breakfast was okay, there was a lot to choose from and we left on a full stomach every day. The service at the restaurant was also great, always inviting and caring for us and our needs.

Excellent and stylish hotel on a hill with great view of the city. The room was amazing: clean, beautiful, everything for personal care is provided (even a robe and slippers), comfortable shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning, tea, coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was a buffet, not an extremely large selection, but definitely enough for a tasty and balanced breakfast for every taste. We were pleased with traditional dishes, cheeses and sweets from Georgia. There's also outside smoking area. Very responsive staff, we arrived at 4 am and were able to check in on our own and very simply, everything was thought out.

The Reataurant member Sasha was very polite and helpful , making our breakfast experience very positive. The reception members were also very helpful as they managed to relocate us to another room. Featuring 3-star accommodations, Old Town Mtatsminda is located in Tbilisi City, 0.7 mi from Freedom Square and 1969 feet from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater. I would go back any time to have breakfast at this place and see the faces of two lovely and friendly ladies who make the breakfast themselves and definitely make you feel at home. The staff overall was the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful with good English. You don’t get the feel of staying at the hotel and it was more like staying with local people and experience the real Georgia. And the location was great as well. In a very lovely neighborhood to just walk around the hotel and explore the city, close to the freedom square and national museum and museum of fine arts and art galleries. 20 mins walk to Meidan Bazar and the Peace bridge and the cabin cars. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated.
