The hotel is located on the second floor of an old historic house. Everything inside the hotel is renovated and the rooms are really cozy. The ceilings are high, just like and old house and the decoration is tasteful. Our room had a great view to Mtastminda hill and the TV tower. Even though there is some noise in the street below (mostly from noisy cars), you only notice it with the windows open. Sound proofing is really really good. Location is very good, about 2 minutes walk from liberty square and the metro station. We walked everywhere from there.

Really nice place with a great design and theme, as well as a really functional space! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Andrei (who helped book us train tickets and assisted with every single of our requests) and Lasha. The breakfast was amazing, the neighborhood is full of neat little shops, and crucially, the reception was open at all hours, even when we arrived at 2am. Fantastic stay and will be recommending to all friends visiting Tbilisi!

We stayed here for the second time, and it was excellent! The breakfast is very good and there’s a variety of options, so if you stay for a week, you won’t get bored of the food. We also used a dry cleaning option, they take your clothes in the morning and give it back in the evening. The charge for a big coat was 38 GEL, and the job was done super well!!

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Old Town Mtatsminda is located in Tbilisi City, 1.2 km from Freedom Square and 600 metres from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Absolutely great stay, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and always happy to help :) The breakfast was also delicious, and they were very helpful with our diet restrictions. We completely recommend, it was our favorite stay in all Georgia!
